This notice explains what nexosk.in receives, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

This notice covers the Nexosk website and enquiries sent through it. It does not replace the privacy notices of external services you choose to use.
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, business email, the workflow or process you describe, and the page from which the enquiry was submitted. We save the enquiry in a private lead database and send an acknowledgement to your email address. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Calendly, those services also process the information you provide through them.
We use enquiry information to respond, understand the operational problem, assess whether Nexosk can help, arrange conversations, and communicate about a potential or active engagement. We may also use limited technical information to keep the website and contact process secure and reliable.
The light or dark theme you choose is stored locally in your browser. Nexosk uses Google Analytics with IP anonymisation to understand page visits and actions such as contact intent or a completed enquiry. For abuse prevention, the enquiry system temporarily uses a one-way protected representation of the connection address for rate limiting; it does not store the address itself. We do not use this site to sell your personal information.
Nexosk uses service providers to deliver the website and its communications. These may include Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites for hosting and request delivery, Resend for contact-form email, Google Analytics when configured, Calendly for scheduling, and WhatsApp when you choose that contact channel. Each external service handles information under its own terms and privacy notice.
We keep enquiry and communication information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, protect the service, or meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable operational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You can ask what enquiry information Nexosk holds about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that is no longer needed. To make a privacy request or ask a question about this notice, email contact@nexosk.in. We may update this notice when the website, providers or handling practices change.
